Evaluation of Integrated Health System Technology Acceptance among the users of Health Centers of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences; Iran

<strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت (سیب) در سال 1395 با هدف ثبت الکترونیک خدمات سلامت در حوزه بهداشت راهاندازی شد. از آنجایی که علاوه بر استقرار سامانه شرایط پذیرش آن توسط کاربران نیز در اثربخشی و استفاده از مزایای آن تاثیرگذار می باشد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان پذیرش فناوری سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت از دیدگاه کاربران مراکز بهداشت انجام شد.<br>
<strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بوده که به صورت مقطعی و با هدف کاربردی در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان بوده که از این میان 285 کاربر سامانه سیب (پزشک، مراقب سلامت، بهورز) در 5 شهرستان تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. در این مطالعه جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد میزان پذیرش فناوری استفاده شد. داده ها با کمک نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss-v22</span> و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های <span dir="LTR">one-way Anova</span> و <span dir="LTR">T test </span>و سایر آزمون های مرتبط تحلیل شدند.<br>
<strong>نتایج</strong><span dir="LTR">:</span> میانگین سنی کاربران سامانه سیب 35 سال بود، جنسیت اکثر افراد مورد مطالعه خانم 199 نفر (8/69%) و تحصیلات بیشتر کاربران لیسانس(106 نفر ، 2/37%) بود. اکثر کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی جمعیت تحت پوشش بیش از 2000 نفر را داشتند ( 131 نفر، 0/46%) و 222 نفر از کاربران (9/77%) به صورت میانگین چندین بار در روز از این سامانه استفاده می کردند. پذیرش نیمی از کاربران از سامانه سیب در حد متوسط (141 نفر (5/49 %) و حدود 111 نفر (9/38 %)پذیرش عالی از این سامانه داشتند. میزان پذیرش سامانه سیب در بین کاربران ارتباط معنی داری با سن، جنسیت، شهر، سطح تحصیلات، نوع استخدام، محل خدمت و پست سازمانی داشت (<span dir="LTR">P>0.05</span>).<br>
<strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه اکثر کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی کار با سامانه سیب را پذیرفته و آن را مورد تائید قرار داده اند. اصلاح سامانه با رویکرد منطقه ای با نظر و مشارکت متخصصین شاغل در مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت از جمله پیشنهادات کاربردی در این راستا می باشد.
<strong>Background:</strong> The integrated health system (IHS) entitled “SIB” was launched in 2016 aimed to electronic health record (EHR) in the field of health. Given that, in addition to deploying the system, its acceptance criteria by users has a significant effect on its effectiveness and benefits: therefore, the present study was carried out aimed to determine the acceptance rate of IHS technology in health centers<span dir="RTL">.</span><br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> This study as a cross-sectional survey and applied research was conducted in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) in 2017. The population in the present study consisted of all users of SIB system affiliated ZAUMS. Of these, 285 users were selected (physician, health care provider, Behvarz) in five counties affiliated with ZAUMS using multistage cluster sampling. In this study, standard technology acceptance questionnaire was used for data collection. The data were analyzed by SPSS<sub>22</sub> software and analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way Anova, T test and other related tests.<br>
<strong>Results:</strong> About 77.9 % of users used the system for several times a day. The SIB system acceptance rate by 49.5 % of users was moderate and 38.9 % of the users had excellent acceptance of this system. There was a significant relationship between the acceptance rate of SIB system among the users with age, gender, city, level of education, type of employment, place of work and organizational position (P < 0.05).<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study show that, most users have accepted and confirmed the SIB system. Modification of the system with regional approach with the opinion and participation of specialists in comprehensive health service centers is suggested. .
